Joining my company just before the kickoff of open enrollment season could have been daunting. I met with representatives from the Lavoro Group during my first week on the job and was surprised - and relieved - to learn about all the extra, no-cost services they perform for their clients. Representatives were on hand to present at all the open enrollment meetings, and stayed after the meetings to answer employees’ questions. Their service with enrollments, billing and service problems, and COBRA administration takes a lot of time-consuming work off the plate of the HR department. They recently completed our 1094 and 1095-C filings and created new Section 125 plan documents and SPD’s. The representatives are extremely knowledgeable, have significant experience and contacts within the industry and their follow up is immediate.
