Federal:
Gender, Race, Religion, National Origin, Disability, Age, Sexual Orientation, Genetic Information, Veteran Status, Pregnancy, Childbirth, etc.
New York State :
Gender identity, use of service dog, prior arrests, marital status, familial status, political activities, lawful use of any product or lawful recreational activities, observance of the Sabbath
