Meet Dave Lekki

Benefits Consultant & Medicare Advisor

Dave is a CNY native with over 20 years of experience in group benefits. He has experience as both a carrier and broker rep and thus, a clear understanding of how insurance works and how to get things done. His passion is in helping his clients ease both the financial and administrative challenges that are present when planning and maintaining their employee benefit program. Through strong two way communication and education, Dave provides the knowledge and guidance required for you to break out of the stressful annual renewal cycle and develop a multi-year strategy that provides greater control, reduces costs and keeps employees healthy and happy. 

Dave resides with his wife, Sarah, in Clay. They enjoy having family and friends over for boating, fishing, grilling, or just spending time together at their home on the Oneida River. Dave has served on the boards of The Greater Central NY Association of Health Underwriters, Seneca North Little League and Boy Scout Troop 107. As an Eagle Scout, he enjoys all outdoor activities. He holds a NYS Health Accident and Life License and is certified for both Self-Funding and Wellness Programs through the National Association of Health Underwriters.
