Meet Jeff Insero

Director of business development

Jeff comes to Lavoro Group with a strong background in client service, honed working for more than ten years in banking where he managed large business banking portfolios for clients. In the course of his work, he oversaw a client portfolio of over 350 small businesses in Webster, Greece and Honeoye Falls. This included hands-on work in loan origination, credit reviews and relationship marketing—experience that provided a good foundation for consulting with clients of Lavoro Group today.

In his spare time, Jeff is now or has been active in many local organizations. These include Greece Chamber of Commerce, Humane Society of Rochester, National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and Gilda’s Club of Rochester where he was honored with a volunteer of the year award.

He holds an MBA in marketing from Boston University and Bachelor’s degree in public relations from Syracuse University. He and his family reside in Pittsford, NY.
