Meet Fausto Prattico

Born in Italy, Fausto immigrated to the United States as a young boy with his family. On his green card, the reason for coming to this country was indicated as “work” and that is just what he has set out to do. Over the past twenty years, he has worked for a number of large insurance companies and brokers where he’s gained invaluable insight into the fine points of employee benefits and insurance.

With this in mind, he founded Lavoro Group on the premise that no client should deal with an 800-number. Rather, each client is entitled to and deserves personal service and attention before, during and after the sale. Lavoro Group works with many of Western and Central New York’s top small to mid-size businesses.

Fausto is a graduate of St. John Fisher College and holds licensure in NYS Life and Accident & Health. He is an expert in group medical, dental, life insurance, NYS Disability and long term care insurance.
