Meet Sandy Prattico

Sandy obtained her B.S. degree in Human Resource Management and M.S. degree in Human Resource Development from St. John Fisher College here in Rochester, NY. She began her career as a consultant for Dale Carnegie Training, where she discovered her passion for helping people both personally and professionally. During her time with Dale Carnegie Training, Sandy organized group training for many Fortune 500 companies and Rochester’s top 100 companies.

Sandy continued her career as a training manager for a leading security systems corporation. She has developed comprehensive training materials encompassing systems training, customer service training techniques, operations policy and procedure training. Sandy has managed the development of computer-based training, including facilitated classroom sessions, computer-based learning and on-the-job training components.

A mother of two children, Sandy enjoys reading biographies and current affairs, Tabata fitness training, trying different cuisine and is a connoisseur of fresh roasted and brewed coffee.
